Resolved [SOLVED] Internal Error creating a new template

Hello

I use the component for a long time and all other templates works perfect.
I have the latest version 6.5.5 and joomla 3.5
Today i created a new field map and when i click to create a template i get "Internal Server Error" :(

1st post update after some more tests
1. I can create the field map normally with no problems
2. I can create manually the template and then add manually one by one the fields

Hello,

The error "Internal Server Error" doesn't tell us anything as well. Please see the document 500 Internal server error and follow what is in there. Once we know the real error, we know where to check.

Your PHP version is 5.4 or higher as well?

Hello Roland and thank you for the fast reply

My php version is 5.6.19 and everything else works perfect.
Could you please try to test the field map to latest version and then create a template to see if there is a problem to latest version cause i had no problem to previous versions.

Joomla! version 3.5.0

Hello,

Could you please try to test the field map to latest version and then create a template
Already did, I don't have any issue here. I get the question to enter a template name and then click OK and the template is created.

We will need to get the error from the error log otherwise we don't know why it fails.

Just checked the logs and found the following error

mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method JDocumentJson::addCustomTag() in /var/www/vhosts/http://infogateserver.de/info-gate.gr/plugins/content/addthis/addthis.php on line 280, referer: http://www.info-gate.gr/administrator/index.php?option=com_csvi&view=maps

I disabled addthis social share plugin and template created normally :blink:
