Hello Roland,
I’m trying to import a file which contains the stock values to update in the product table.
I have read in the forum that I only need to import the 2 following fields :
1. Product_sku
2. Product_in_stock
So I have created my template in which I have defined 2 the 3 following template fields :

Template
Field name
Your field

Import Stocks - ws_lag
product_sku
N° article

Import Stocks - ws_lag
product_in_stock
Qté stock

When I’m trying to import the data in order to update the stock level for the 2 products and I show the Import preview, I can see that the data which are imported for the product_in_stock field are the data which belongs to the “Pharmacode” field of my Import file :

product_sku
product_in_stock

10192605
1379591 (should be 125)

10192644
1379645 (should be 250)

I guess that the Import template should skip the “Pharmacode”, “EAN” and “Designation” fields of the Import file (please see Import file structure and date below).
I hardly tried to find an answer in the forum in order to manage to do it myself, but since I haven’t found a way, I would appreciate, if you could help me in this matter.
Thank you in advance
Cheers,
Marc

Hello Marc,

I guess that the Import template should skip the “Pharmacode”, “EAN” and “Designation” fields of the Import file (please see Import file structure and date below). You must define all fields in your template. The fields you don't want to import you can choose the skip field for that. So the fields must have the same order as in your file.
Kind regards,
RolandD

Hi Roland,
Thank you for your time and explaination. I have already read in one post that I could choose the skip field for that.
You mean that I need to define my five fields which are in the Import file as template fields ? And for the three one I don't want to import to choose the "skip field"? If yes, where can I choose the skip field, in which field of the Edit template field ?
Thanks in advance for your reply, because I'm trying since over 4 hours without success.
Cheers,
Marc

If yes, where can I choose the skip field, in which field of the Edit template field ?Choosing the skip field is the same as choosing the product_sku field. You can add it by either clicking New or Quick Add. Don't you see the skip field there?
Kind regards,
