Hello Roland,

I have managed to create my first Import Template. I have made some tests and it works great.

I just add an error message during the import process.

In order to update the existing records and to insert the new ones I have, in the “Edit Template” form, tab “File”, setted “Yes” to Overwrite existing data and “No” to Skip new item.

Error Message :
An error has occured during the import. Below the information received from the server.

Hello Marc,

Do you have any duplicate SKU's in your system? That would be the only scenario I can think of where this error can occur. Unfortunately the log zip is empty, can you copy paste the log in a text file and attach it?

Ok I found out I have three time the same PKU in the jos_virtuemart_products table ?! I will empty the vm table and start again and see what happens. I'll keep you posted

Hello Roland,

Problem solved, the Import process work fine now. Existing products are updated and new products are added to the database.

I will now try to create a new template in order to import, update, delete prices.
