Resolved [SOLVED] Cannot find the "Custom Fields for All"

Virtuemart 3, Joomla 3.
Attempting to create the Custom Fields. At Step 14, "Select a plug-in: Custom Fields for All plugin", the Custom Fields for All plugin does not show. Instead there is only VM Custom - Customer Text Input and VM Custom - Product Specification.
Where is the Custom Fields for all plugin?

Where is the Custom Fields for all plugin?
It is an external plugin created by Break Designs, you can find the plugin Custom Fields For All here.
