from my file I would like to import only the lines that start with ORD, I am using the skip plugin but I do not understand how to set it correctly, can you help me?

Hello,
You need to use RO CSVI Skip rule with a regular expression to skip lines if the field numero ordine started with ORD. See attached screenshot for the rule. Apply this rule on the field numero ordine is mapped with in template fields and run the import.
