Resolved Skip by date stopped working [8.6.0]

Hello,

After installing the update, the skip by date function stopped working.

I reinstalled 8.5.0 and it works again. I have a feeling it is now more strict to what I have to fill in in the "Date format" field.
I've tried many options but could not get it to work, so I'm asking for help.

This is an example of the DateTime I'm trying to work with: 2023-01-31T12:01:05

Thank you for posting requested file. Please load the attached patch file and check the import on RO CSVI 8.6.1 version. Let me know on how that goes.
