Hi

Am trying to export my shoppers details from Virtuemart eg name, address, etc . Have not been succesful

Have attached log and resulting CSV

Please can you assist?

Hello Tony,
Two things i noticed from your debug log. You are trying to export users with enabled status filter set to Yes on options tab in your export template but CSVI is exporting users who are with blocked status. That is an issue and is fixed with the attached patch file. Once you load the patch file, enabled filter should work as it should. Kindly note that the patch file has been created based on latest CSVI version 7.8.0. I see that you are running CSVI 7.6.2 version, either update to latest version or remove enabled filter in your export template so the filter is not applied on export.

The other thing i noticed is that the users in your VirtueMart are not assigned to any shopper group. In your export template on Options tab set Shopper group name filter to No assigned shopper groups, save the template and run the export. Check if you can see the users after that?

I have installed version 7.8 as requested. I have also changed shopper group as requested. Still not getting any data on export

Hello Tony,
Did you also set Shopper group name filter to No assigned shoppergroups as said? You latest debug log shows that is not changed. There are few more filters set in your export template like address type is set to Billing address and modified date is checked with 2018-05-17 12:50:32. What if you reset all your filters and run the export?

There is nothing wrong in setting those filters in export, your records may not be matching with the conditions in the filters and so you don't see them on export.

I have the same issue but I don't see the extra options. "Shopper group name filter to No assigned shoppergroups"
I am using 7.9.0, Do I need to install the patch as well?

My bad, I had setting to export "shopper fields" and not "user info". Works great thanks!
