Hi. I'm very happy with the SFTP option in the latest version. But I'm afraid something is not working well, I get this error:

Fatal error: Class 'phpseclib\Net\Sftp' not found .../administrator/components/com_csvi/models/template.php on line 536

Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Tharuna,
I'm sorry, but it's not completely working. Yes, I can connect to the SFTP-server now, but on export, I get this message:

I guess something should be changed?

Hi Tharuna,
I gave you FTP credentials for the test environment, not the SFTP server to connect to. Misunderstand you there.
I entered the SFTP credentials now, and it can connect. Great!
When you can give me the patch, I can upload this to the production website as well.

Hello Carst,
I fixed the Fatal error on your test site but now i get "FTP connection could not be set up. Error message: The username and / or password is incorrect." with the details you sent me. Can you check SFTP with your details and see if its working? Once you confirm, i can send you a patch file which you can load on your live site to get rid of fatal error. Let me know.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello Tharuna,
Sorry for my late reaction. I had to made a test environment first, to test if it is a problem on my own server as well. And that's indeed true.
I can give you login to this test website, not to the live website. I'll send this in a private message now.
I hope you can have a look and let me know the problem

Carst

Hello Carst,
Yes we would need access to your Joomla administrator and also FTP details to access your site files. Can you send me a private message on these?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello Roland,

  1. We installed the latest version, 3.8.5

  2. Yes this folder is available

  3. Yep, I'm checking the FTP-server connection, when I get this error

  4. I installed you're latest version, incl. Hikashop plugins to get latest orders in the export. Then I went to existing template and checked the FTP-connection (SFTP)

Please let me know how to continue. Do you need access to our administration?

Hello Carst,

The main reason for this is that the phpsec library cannot be found. That is curious because it is automatically loaded by Joomla, or at least it is supposed to. So, perhaps we should check a few things.
  1. Which Joomla version are you using?
  2. Do you have the folder administrator/components/com_csvi/assets/phpseclib ?[/i][li]Are you running this from the back-end?
  3. What steps should i take to reproduce this issue?

Let me know and we will check as to why you get this.
Kind regards,

RolandD
