Resolved server timeout

HI Roland,

I seem to have server timeout issues when importing with a large file (+3k lines), however as well with smaller sizes (same file sampled to 200lines). I've tried every possible combination with settings in my product import template. It has worked with 150lines per 5secs, yet not anymore. I can give you access through pm if you would have a look please.

It has worked with 150lines per 5secs, yet not anymore.
Something on the server changed then. You will need to change the 150 to a lower number that will work for you. You can read more about it in the Manage timeouts.

sure, thanks I have read it before and also tried it with 20,40,50 lines and still doesnt work. I will try again later on and will let you know. And otherwise I will ask my system admin again, although he claims nothing is wrong..;

Hello,

If it even happens with 1 record, then you may need to check your server error log to see if there is anything there. Another option may be to turn on error reporting and see if something pops up during the import.
