Resolved Server timeout waiting for the HTTP request

Hi Roland,

i tried to update to csvi 5.21.2 as first step to updating to 6.3.0. Every time I try to do this in Joomla 3.4.5 using "upload package file (2nd option in Manage Extensions)", I receive the following message:

Request Time-out
Server timeout waiting for the HTTP request from the client.
Apache Server at default Port 80

How can I resolve this?

Hello,

It seems the upload either doesn't happen or hangs. Perhaps it is even caused by the Install from Web plugin. The other thing you can do is unpack the package into a folder on your server and use the Install from folder option. In that case the files are already on the server and they only need to be copied to the correct location.

Just want to point out there is the Installation or updating of CSVI 6 document.
