Resolved Server error 500: End of script output before headers: rantai.php

Hi Roland

Would be grateful if you could provide some advice on below.

Have set up category import template and preview looks fine, but generating 500 server error.

Log message is: schoolfurniture-direct.co.uk [Thu Dec 15 09:28:11 2016] [error] [client 86.171.62.81:48549] End of script output before headers: rantai.php

Running php 5.5 and csvi temp folder and files 0755 and 0644 respectively which i noticed in an earlier ticket was an issue. Are there any other folders/files that i would need to check permissions on other than tmp>com_csvi ?

Using joomla 3.6.5 and vm 3.0.18.2

Hi Roland

No need to look at this one, managed to resolve, although i cant offer any advice how - just tried again and this time it worked and so are product imports so all is well!!!

Hello Tim,
This error is caused mostly because of the permission issue. What about other folders and files except tmp folder on your site? Do they all have 0755 and 0644 permission? You can also specifically check administrator/component/com_csvi and components/com_csvi folders for permission.

On a seperate note is there a support document written as yet to replace this https://csvimproved.com/support/export/204-virtuemart/831-creating-a-google-base-export-file
but for csvi6?

Hello Tim,
You can use this document reference for CSVI6 though the screenshot and version number is of CSVI 5. Google export is still the same and you can follow the instructions in there.
