Resolved Seeing up and Exporting Joomla Users

Hello,

I am trying to set up CSV to export users in Joomla.

It is asking to enter domain name, is that the domain name of the website?

It is there a video tutorial that shows how to set up CSV from scratch?

It is asking to enter domain name, is that the domain name of the website?

Yes, domain name of the website which you need to enter in CSVI Dashboard page >> Options >> Site tab>> Domain name field.

It is there a video tutorial that shows how to set up CSV from scratch?

Hello,

Thanks for that.

I created a template to export however when I export it it is empty this is what get in the csv file.

email,fullname,name,username
No data has been found for the selections made

Am I missing a setting?

Please post your export debug log to check. To know on how to get the debug log check Where to get the debug information? section in the blue box on top of this page.

HI,

By changing the Enable logging to Yes I think it worked. Not sure if all the users were exported.

I downloaded the debug log and I did zip it to see if you can check it for me
