Resolved save on ftp server

Hello

i have the problem witth save on ftp server

this is the messages Could not store the file /web/htdocs/http://www.XXX/home/test-web/tmp/com_csvi/export/VirtueMart Articoli Export.csv on the FTP server

When we make a test connection Test ftp Detail the response is FTP connection is successful..

Could you help please

Can you check if the folder you are writing the file on FTP has right permissions set?

The permission is ok

I think it's a default path problem. how can I change it for csvi

Hello Enzo,
It is not the default path problem i think. In your export template on Source tab, what have you set for FTP Root folder and FTP filename fields? Can you send me a private message with screenshot on how you have your FTP details set up in your export template? Also post your export debug log to check.
