Hi Roland,
Noted the following problem: when copying the template, the Rules (Template and Fields ones) do not get copied. If you confirm this, would appreciate a fix.

Confirmed that they are not being copied over. All I can think of is that the rules didn't exist yet when the template copy was implemented
The attached patch file should copy the rules as well now.
