Resolved ROCSVI import working on local but not working on server

Hi,
The ROCSVI import is working locally but not on the server.
The local wamp server uses ROCSVI 8.11.2, and the server uses ROCSVI 8.12.0. Even both settings are the same

Hello,
Even both settings are the same

Both settings are not the same. In your local server you have enabled debug log and so you see the details of import whereas in server debug log is disabled. That does not mean import is not working. It is just import log details are not shown. Check How to collect debug information? document to enable debug log.
