Resolved RO CSVI - User custom fields csv export

Dear support,
is it possible to export user custom fields?

My users can manage their personal user fields to fill some text fields.
I tried the user export feature, but I just found usergroup exports and standard userfields, not custom ones.

Hello Lorenzo,

is it possible to export user custom fields?
Are you using the custom fields from Joomla? If so, they can be exported and should be available when you run the update available fields. After you update the available fields, go to Template Fields and select your template. You should then be able to add those fields.

If you are not using the Joomla Custom Fields, which plugin/extension do you use for the custom fields?

I'm using Joomla core Custom Fields.
Is "update available fields" a button? Where could I find it?

Hello Lorenzo,
You can update available fields from RO CSVI menu Maintenance >> Available Fields page. Click on Update button on this page.
