Hi there,
I tried to install RO CSVI for a Joomla 5.1.2 project with PHP 8.3. It is showing this error:
An error occured running the query ALTER TABLE `o37n4_csvi_availabletables` ADD unique INDEX `type_name` (`task_name`,`template_table`,`component`,`action`);. This generates the error Got error 100 - 'InnoDB error' from storage engine
Package Install: There was an error installing an extension: com_ro_csvi_8.11.2.zip
I used to installed RO CSVI 8.10.0 it was fine. However I got the same error when I tried to update the fields after installation, this is why I tried to upgrade with the 8.11.2 version.
The database and server is fine with all other extensions' installation and configurations.
Could you advise?
Thank you.

Hello,
Thank you. I was able to install RO CSVI package without any problem. Now the new issue is when I try to update available fields. There is a duplicate entry error "Duplicate entry 'email-contact_details-com_contact-import' for key" and that is because of Email custom field for Joomla contacts. Joomla core contacts table already has an email field and the email custom field is duplicate field. You need to change the name of the custom field to avoid this error.

Hello,
I increased the upload limit. I usually use URL to install the extension to bypass the upload limit.
Thank you

Thank you for your fast reply. We did have an old version installed but already removed. When we tried to install the new version, it simply gaves us the error, and we could do nothing to fix it. As shown here: https://mrkr.io/s/6694b4a5fc688784e609dd1c/0
Could you use the Site Details I just provided to check and fix it? Thank you.

Hello,
Do you have any old RO CSVI installation already installed? If so you can remove RO CSVI tables from Maintenance page and uninstall RO CSVI. You can then do a fresh installation of RO CSVI 8.11.2 version and check.
