Resolved RO CSVI 9.8.0 on Joomla 5.4.4

Hello,

We have installed RO CSVI 9.8.0 on Joomla 5.4.4, but the installation does not complete correctly.

When installing the main RO CSVI package, we get the following errors:

An error occurred running the query ALTER TABLE w47fa_csvi_logs ADD csvi_log_id INT(11) UNSIGNED NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY AUTO_INCREMENT COMMENT ''; This generates the error Incorrect table definition; there can be only one auto column and it must be defined as a key.

Table 'brspanis_kupQuG.w47fa_csvi_templates' doesn't exist.

Table 'brspanis_kupQuG.w47fa_csvi_processes' doesn't exist.

Table 'brspanis_kupQuG.w47fa_csvi_tasks' doesn't exist.

The backend component opens, but the installation does not seem to be clean. We also installed the VirtueMart add-on, and Joomla showed that the plugin was installed successfully, but the warning about the missing csvi_tasks table remains.

The public website is still working, and we have a full backup before the installation.

Could you please advise us on the safest way to fix this?

Should we delete the existing w47fa_csvi_ tables from the database and reinstall RO CSVI, or do you recommend another procedure?

You seem to have CSVI tables from old installation and that is throwing the error.


Should we delete the existing w47fa_csvi_ tables from the database and reinstall RO CSVI, or do you recommend another procedure?

Try deleting `w47fa_csvi_logs` table from the database and run RO CSVI installation again. Installing RO CSVI will create new w47fa_csvi_logs table. See if that solves the issue.

If you still have problem then look for tables starting with w47fa_csvi_ and delete them all. Run RO CSVI installation and see if that helps.
