Resolved Replace Hikashop product alias with product code

I am trying to set up a rule to replace the product alias in hikashop with the product code, as I have dozens of products with the same product name but the product code is different, but it does not seem to work

What is the correct way to do this,

I already have the product code in the xml file mapped to product code in the template field, but I would like to also copy it to the product_alias field as hikashop puts things into wrong categories because of duplicate alias as many of the produscts have the same name.

Hello,
You have applied the rule on product_alias field but it should be applied on product_code field. The source field from where text has to be copied is where the rule has to be applied. Please check the copy rule documentation for the same.
