Resolved Renewal charged but I still see not renewed.

Hello,
after renewed and paid my subscription the website show:

An unknown error appeared.
An unknown error was presented, please contact our help desk as soon as possible.

My credit card has already been charged, but my subscription is listed as "not renewed".

Thank you for your renewal. Sorry to hear you ran into some issue. I have processed your payment and you should have received the confirmation email and you can see now that your subscription has been extended.
