Resolved Related Categories import to wrong place

Hi,
Doing import related products, works fine, but if we add to import related categories, CSVI send it not to “Related Categories” but to “Related Products”
I tried it with and without related products on the import, but the result is the same.

Hello,
Thank you for sending the requested files along with your site access. I was able to find the cause for your issue. The value of virtuemart_vendor_id field in #__virtuemart_customs table is 1 in your database instead of 0 for both Related products and Related categories. Not sure how you have 1 as the value because in while installing VirtueMart the value inserted for virtuemart_vendor_id as 0. You need to correct this value and then run the import. Your issue will be solved with this change.

Hello,
Yes, i can see from your debug logs that the related categories are inserted with related product ids in tables. Can you go to VirtueMart Custom fields page and check if you have Related categories and Related Product entries in there? Can you post a screenshot so i can check the id values? Also post a sample of your import file and template XML file to check. To get template XML go to CSVI Maintenance page, select CSVI Pro in first dropdown and Backup templates in second dropdown and select your import template and click continue. Post the downloaded XML file.
