hello my vendor sends me an xml that all products is like this:

the problem is on the <product id="12289"> i put the record name "product" on csvi but nothing is recognized to run the import
how to bypass this please?

The id attribute is not the problem, see attached screenshot. Can you post the file or a link to the file that is giving you issues? What is the issue you see?
