Resolved Really unhappy with the component purchase

When I viewed the demo of the software it looked like the software would meet our needs and would export a nice looking file. No matter what I do the fields and columns end up all over the place. I am familiar with import / export with excel and cannot make your extension work. I am sure you have a no refund policy. However I wish I could get something back for my money spent as I will not be using this extension b/c of the output results.

We are here to help you to solve your issues with import or export. Before you even decide that extension does not work you should have written to us on the problems you are having with export.

However I wish I could get something back for my money spent as I will not be using this extension b/c of the output results.

So let us make your export work. In your export template on File tab set Text enclosure field to be " and save the template. Run the export again and check if you get the desired results.

This extension is one of the best I've used on Joomla. It can be very complicated because it's so big, but the support is second-to-none. It's certainly worth getting Tharuna to help you get it working the way you want.
