Resolved RE: VM Product Export "No data has been found..."

Hi

I have the same problem. I tried to load the patch file, but I got the following error:

Cannot copy patch file from
/public_html/tmp/com_csvi/patch/1698740428/administrator/components/com_csvi/addon/com_virtuemart/model/export/product.php to /public_html/administrator/components/com_csvi/addon/com_virtuemart/model/export/product.php

I even tried to manually copy the patch file to the destination folder, but it didn't seem to fix the issue.
I must mention that there is no 'addon' folder by default.

Not sure what could be the issue.

Please let me know.

Hello,
I created this issue as a separate topic.

The patch file you are trying to load is for old version of CSVI. You should not be using it. To check the issue with export post the export debug log. To get the debug log see How to collect debug information? document.

Hello,
Thank you for posting the debug log. I see you have set filters in export template for manufacturer and categories. Remove these filters and check the export. It is possible that you do not have matching records for the filters set and so you see No data has been found message.
