Same issue for me. Just updated to 7.14, same error as in 7.13. In the analyser I see no problem.

Hello Ralf,
In your import template you have set Use file for configuration as No on File tab and have not added any template fields for import. RO CSVI does not know what are the headers to import and so you see the error. You either need to set Use file for configuration as yes so headers are used from your import file or add template fields for the import template.

Hello,
I made this issue as a separate post instead as a reply to already solved post.

For your issue with RO CSVI 7.14.0 version.Can you send us your template XML file and sample import to check? To get the template XML file go to RO CSVI Maintenance page, select RO CSVI in first drop down Backup templates in second dropdown. Select your import template and click on continue. Post the downloaded XML file.

Hello Tharuna,

Thanks for checking and the explanations. I had no idea what "Use file for configuration" meant. I thought I could choose the fields (or "use first row";) once the import starts.
So I set that and the import was done. Failed completely, all previously existing data is gone, need to investigate further ...

EDIT: Problem was that the categories weren't right. I edited them again in the source file, good now.
