Can you send us a screenshot on what notice you are seeing? Also a screenshot of your settings on Site tab in CSVI Dashboard page.

However, after running our exports, I think we can get what we need without the AWOCoupon plugin and may uninstall it.

Ok, uninstalling the plugin will remove the notices too.

I followed the instructions and cleared the cache, but the notice is still appearing.

We are using 7.14.0 with AwoCoupon 7.12.0.

You are seeing the notices because the main RO CSVI Package and RO CSVI AwoCoupon addon are on two different versions. Support for RO CSVI AwoCoupon addon has been stopped so there is no RO CSVI AwoCoupon addon for 7.14.0 version.

You can turn off the notices by going to RO CSVI Dashboard page, click on Options button and on Site tab set Check addon install to No. You can then clear cache by going to System -> Clear Cache >> Select Administrator >> Select com_csvi >> Click on Delete.

Also, do you plan on supporting future versions of Awocoupon? We use it extensively with Hikashop and plan to use CSVI to pull info from both for reporting purposes.

We stopped supporting this extension as we hardly had any user using RO CSVI AwoCoupon addon extension.
