Hi Tharuna,

We have been exporting old products with lots of children and importing them with changes as needed, which has been great. It would be helpful if we could read the import logs to find issues though, but usually we can spot a typo or incorrect field and fix it.

However we have a product with many children, and we are just getting stuck on the 10th set of options in the custom_ordering column. We are using option~size, and after importing we notice the last child product in the 9th option does not show in the front end as selectable, and then none of the 10th set of options show. It is really frustrating because I can't see a typo in the import file, and I can't see what the issue is in the import log either :(
Everything imports correctly up until the last child in the 9th option.
BC Grey Frame Oxide Ring BCFOT 8/2.8 mm shows, but the last 8/3.0 mm, and then none of the 10th option CC Silver Frame Oxide Ring CCFOT shows at all in the front end of the website when previewing the product.

Is it possible the 10th option causes a bug?? I doubt it but I cannot see what I am doing wrong either.

Hello Aaron,
I found the cause for your issue, you have 268 child products in your import file. For parent product row you have 268 times of stockablecustomfields in custom_value field, 268 times of newOption Sizes MASTER in custom_title field but custom_multiple field has only 234 times of Y. That makes the child products not to import and so they don't show up both on frontend and backend. Correct your import file and run the import again.

Created this as a new post as this is a new issue.

Do you see the values in backend? Are these values imported by RO CSVI? Debug log has only 20 entries by default so i was not able to check if these rows were inserted in database.

Hi Tharuna,

Yes, this is a different issue so thanks for opening the new ticket.
I can see all 268 children in the backend of the website VM Product List. It is difficult to edit the parent product page to check, however the child products stop at the 9~31 custom field. The last 9th option 9~32 does not show in the Custom Fields list in the parent product, nor do any of the 10~1 to 10~33 show.

This is the same on the front of the website, see attached screenshot.

I have attached the full logs. I can see the following differences between the logs for the individual child products. After the 9~31 custom field, there is no more of the following SQL in the remaining 34 child products (9~32 and 10~1 to 10~33).
This is the last entry to have this statement. The following custom fields/child products do not have this statement.

I had to remove some info from the log as it was too big to attach, so i removed some info from the middle of the logs where I could spot nothing different between them.

The first value to have the above statement missing is entry #236. All following entries in the log do not have that insert main custom field, but i cannot see what I have done wrong in my import file :(

Just a quick question - I am about to install RO CSVI on our live site, and wanted to know if the latest 7.20.0 version includes the patches we used during our original testing, or whether I have to install the patch from here:

You don't need to load the patch file, the fix is included with RO CSVI 7.20.0 version.
