Resolved Export products parents and variant from HIkashop

Hi,

we are using version 7.20 and can't display the Hika custom fields in the import template.
The available fields have been updated several times but this does not help.

I don't see the option I read in the documentation here: https://rolandd.com/documentation/ro-csvi/hikashop/hikashop-variants-import

What am I doing wrong?

Created your issue as a new post so the other user are kept out of reply emails.

What am I doing wrong?

You have not set Alias for the Characteristics. RO CSVI adds characteristics as available field based on alias and not by name. Update alias field and update available field. You should see the characteristics fields as template fields.
