Can I use values separator like | or ~ in product_price field for setting prices for several group of shopper in one string?
What fields support the use of values separator?

Yes, you can use multiple values with | and ~ is used for multiple custom values.

I try to import the example below:

product_sku sku1
product_name example_product_name_1
category_path example_category
shopper_group_name_price Gold Level|COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPERGROUP_DEFAULT
product_price 57|78
published 1

My file contain only two string.
I expected that the product sku1 will be given two prices 57 for Gold Level and 78 COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPERGROUP_DEFAULT.
However, imported goods with one price of 57 for COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPERGROUP_DEFAULT.

What's my mistake?

Hello,
You cannot use product import for importing multiple price, try using price import instead.
