Resolved Published Only Product Export Still Includes Several Unpublished Products

Hi,

I'm using Joomla 3.6.5, CSVI 7.0.2 and Virtuemart 3.0.18.

I perform a product export with product_SKU and product_in_stock fields. Under Options / Category State, I have selected only "Published" products.

The issue that I'm having is that the export includes several Unpublished products (but not all unpublished products). Could there be an explanation for this?

I have tried adding the 'published' field column to see what's going on. Indeed, 'published' is set to 0 for a number of the products being exported, despite having set the option. Also, if I select "All", I get a list that is larger than this mixed list of published/unpublished, so I can deduce that some, but not all of the unpublished products are being exported.

Thanks for your response Tharuna.

Looking back through the parameters of the export, I realized my problem!!

I had selected "Options | Category State | Published" to limit my export to only published products, but REALLY, I should have been selected "File | Export state | Published".
Selecting this option created the expected export!
