Resolved Products without ICECAT description

Dear
I realized that a cron job of a model set to update photos and descriptions from ICECAT does not work well.
The products have photos from icecat but not the description.
The csv file I use to update products has no data in the "photo" field and has data in the "description" field. The latter should be replaced by the Icecat description if it is present. If I can download the photos, with OPEN subscription, I should also have the description and specifications, right?
I think I've already written something about this problem but I don't remember if there was a resolution

Yes you can update description from ICECat on import provided you have product_s_desc and product_desc fields added in your import template. Can you post import debug log to check? To get the debug log see How to collect debug information? document.
