I wonder if you can help!

I keep getting this error below, i'm using an English site with no language

I checked everything mentioned

reinstalled and uninstalled csvI

Even using your own import / export examples i have the same problem when importing, it does not provide any log information either

My small brain is fried, any ideas where to direct me so solve this please.

Table XXXX_virtuemart_products_nl_nl has not been found.
Check if you have set the correct language in your template settings on the Options tab to continue with import.
In case the language is correct, check if the language is enabled in the VirtueMart configuration.

Hello,
You need to set the option of English language in your import template settings. To do that open your import template, on options tab language to be English and save the template. That should solve the issue.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
Can you post some screenshots on where you see this error? Can you also send us a copy of your template just to check? You can take a backup of your template from CSVI maintenance menu, select CSVI Pro on first option and backup templates on second, click continue. Select your template, download the XML file and post it here.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,

Just another thought, when you go to Extensions -> Languages -> Content Languages. Do you have the Dutch language there? Is the Dutch language installed at all on the site?

Hello,
The screen shot you posted with error shows that your table prefix is : with spaces in front, is this what you have setup in your database configuration?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

I cannot see what you are saying (really Sorry)

Is it outside your scope of help to direct me to whats needed or how to fix my problems that would be great, i can even sell a couple of sheep and a kid if you can resolve this with a payment or just direct me %-)

If you cannot, no problem, that you for your help anyways

Hello,

Let's backup for a moment. There is some confusion as to your database prefix, Tharuna thought it was a colon with some spaces before but looking at the screenshot it is just blanked out.

Can you post the debug log of this import? If you cannot find it on the Logs page, please check the logs folder on the server and find the latest file after you just tried an import.

In addition, go to Maintenance and select CSVI Pro and then Backup templates. Make a backup of your import template and post that here as well. I will have a look at both files and see if I can find out where that is coming from.

Let's start with that and go from there.
Kind regards,

RolandD
