Resolved ProductExport for Google / add field when no GTIN

Hi there,

I am using CSVI for product export out of virtuemart 3.

Google has real strict requirements for the product feeds. They always require two of three product identifiers, which are brand, GTIN and MPN.

However, there are products where we don't either MPN oder GTIN. Google offers that in these cases a special entry in the product may be used: [identifier_exists]

This has to be set to FALSE in these cases

So, I need to create a rule that in all products, where the product_gtin in Virtuemart is NULL this entry should be added to the product: [identifier_exists]FALSE[/identifier_exists]

Is there any way in CSVI to add this rule when exporting products?

Hello Andreas,

Sorry for the late reply but the past week mails apparently have got lost, so I wasn't aware of the post you did.

The only way I can think of doing this is by creating an override of the product export where you check if an identifier exists or not. If not push the Google code for export.

That is the only way I think this is possible.
