You did not mention which export you are using. You can check VirtueMart VatTax percent on order export document to get VatTax on orders.

May i know why you want product_tax_id? There is a field product_tax in orders export which gets the tax of a product, why not use this field?

I agree with your need but product_tax_id will get the id value of the tax of a product and not the value itself. Did you check product_tax field?

Yes i tried it. But product_tax is absolute amount of tax. I use two types taxes. One is 10% and second is 20%. I need export only tax_id or direct export type of tax (10 or 20) which is use in product.

Exporting of product price details is not supported in VirtueMart Orders export. You can use CSVI advanced custom table export and link your order items table virtuemart_product_id field to virtuemart_product_prices table virtuemart_product_id field and export the needed values.
