Hello Andrej,
With RO CSVI we save product_url values in database and use it in export so export runs faster. To refresh with new URL, go to RO CSVI Maintenance page, select VirtueMart in first option and Refresh URLs in the second option. Select the export template and click on Continue. This will generate new SEF URLs and save it in database. You can then run your export and check.
