In our old version of the virtuemart 2, with the CSVI free version, the product_sku field is available in the product import and export, but since we upgraded to virtuemart 3 and CSVI pro, there is no product_sku field available in the product import template. It just has product_parent_sku. I saw the other thread where someone was able to update it in their database but I'm not sure how to do that. Why wouldn't it already be an option by default? Also, even when I was able to get the product_sku field to show up, it says the field has been found but not supported by CSVI. I already chose the option to use headers/nodes as configuration.

nevermind I fixed it. Turns out I didn't have the plugin installed
