Resolved "Product Price Value" section

Hello there.
I solved my problem, but I don't know how I solved it.
Let me tell:
When I leave "Product Price Value" blank; only prices over 1,000.00 were incorrect as 1.16. Whereas
1.00 = 1.16 and
10.00 = 11.60 and
100.00 = 116.00 would be correct.
When I write any number to "Product Price Value"; for example 1, then 1,000.00 becomes 1,160.00 (correct)
My question is: What is the "Product Price Value" section, is there an explanation document?

Hello,
My question is: What is the "Product Price Value" section, is there an explanation document?

Product price value section is to set a value for comparing and apply margin to the product_price. The document has been updated with explanation on each field. Please check and let me know.
