hello i have this sample of xml to import

except min_order_level and step_order_level
it does not update product params from field <paketo>

Hello,
I just ran a test import on CSVI 7.4.1 version with your import data and both min_order_level and step_order_level are updated to product params field. But i do see from your debug log that product_params has been updated to empty in the query in your import. How do you have this field setup in your template? Can you also send me your template XML file to check? To get the template XML file go to CSVI maintenance menu, select CSVI Pro in first option and Backup templates in second option. Select your import template and click continue. Post the downloaded XML file.

i have set 3 templates for
min_order_level
step_order_level
and product_packaging
because i want to import this fields from the same <paketo> and csvi can not import in one template

Hello,
because i want to import this fields from the same <paketo> and csvi can not import in one template

You don't need three templates to use the same node value for three fields. You can use Field Copy rule plugin to create a rule copy the value from min_order_level field and use it on product_packaging and step_order_level fields. Have attached the screenshot on how to create rule. Apply this rule on min_order_level in your template fields by selecting the rule in Rules field.

For the problem that min_order_level not updating, can you try to load the attached patch file and check if it works for you?

well after a better look
some products are updated products params
but on some does not update either min_order_level or order_step_level
i have override system limits (if that the case) but still some products does not update params
any ideas?

if i make a save to product that has not be updated and then try to import it updates correctly but only i do a save first
