Resolved Product import based on product_mpn

Hello,
Is there an option to import VM product data based on product_mpn not on product_sku.

Hello DC,

Yes there is. In your template on the Options tab set the Update based on to product_mpn. Save your template and the import wil use the product_mpn as unique identifier.

Hello,
I still need to import only to parent products (based on product_mpn). Variants have the same product_mpn and that's a problem.
Is there a solution?

Yes, that is a problem. The first product with matching product_mpn will be updated. You want to import only parent and skip the children, right? If that is the case, you can use skip rule plugin where you set to skip the rows which has parent_product_sku values as set in Values to match field in your rule.
