Resolved Product export file empty

Hi Roland,
I have upgraded to CSVI Pro 6.2 version, with Joomla 3.4.4. and VM 3.08. MSQL 5.623, php 5.4.31 Apache: 2.2.27. I think everything is OK with requirements. Language is OK. I have cleaned the sytem before uploading the files.

I have tried many things but the product export doesn't work. The table is empty.

I have made the suggested available field update and the task reset functions.
Hereby I send the log file as well.
Please be so kind and help me.

Hello Beata,

The debug log is empty, can you check the debug log of your export in the Logs page and copy/paste the content here? I would like to check the query to see if there are any issues there. Thank you.

Dear Beata,

I have received the debug log and checked it. There is nothing strange in it, I have executed your query on my test site as well and I get results as expected.

First thing you can check is that in System -> Global configuration -> Server -> Database Type is set to MySQLi.
