Good afternoon.

I'm trying to delete a very large number of products, and I've been provided files containing 1000 skus each. I have a CSVi template that takes the sku and adds a product_delete field with a default value of 'Y' and this seemed to work fine when I tested it yesterday on smaller files.

Today, I've tried running the first (of over 200) files and it doesn't complete the job. When started manually I get the "The last server response has not been received in a timely fashion " error. The logs never show that the job is finished and there's a 7 minute gap between lines at one point.

Let me know who you want me to PM the log to.

Hello Ian,

Have a look at the Manage timeouts documentation, it explains how you can configure your template to deal with large imports. That should allow you to workaround the timeout issue.

Thanks for your prompt response. It looks like this issue is server related so I'm currently discussing it with our hosts.
