Resolved PROBLEM WITH VISUALIZATION OF COMPONENT CSVI IMPROVED

Good Morning,
as your indication i have installed first the cdvi component 5.21.2
I have version PhP 5.6.29
But in effect i can't create new template because i have not the tab "new" in the top of the component
and i have this error:
Notice: unserialize(): Error at offset 0 of 3 bytes in /usr/www/users/topzhf/administrator/components/com_csvi/helpers/com_virtuemart_config.php on line 104
Can u help me please?

Hello,
The latest version of CSVI is 6.6.4, not sure why you have installed the old version as we don't support it any more. You can find the latest version package on CSVI site Downloads page. To install the latest version, check Installation or upgrading of CSVI 6 document.

i installed the old version because in the instruction is write to do that
so by the way i can't install the 6 version:

Hello,
There must be tables of old version you installed in your database and so you are seeing this error. If you know how to do, go to your phpmyadmin, look for tables starting with #__csvi and delete them. Dont forget #_ is your table prefix. After removing the old tables install CSVI 6 version.
