Resolved Problem with tockable Custom Fields and Custom Fields for all

Hi, I use CSVI Pro 6.5.0 on Joomla 3.4.8 and my import works fine. I try to upgrade Joomla to 3.8.8, CSVI 7.6.2 (updated all additional plugins as well, csvi and breakdesigns) but I have a strange problem.

For some reason my params are reinserted in ___virtuemart_custom_plg_customsforall_values.

(Χρώμα stand for color in greek)

The problem is that on virtuemart_custom_plg_customsforall_values table there are three new values inserted with no label and values are (customfieldsforall, 00940B, F00088). Please notice that both colors (F00088,00940B) are already in the database.

I am attaching my import file.

What is the problem? I say again that in the old versions it works fine.

Hello,
Actual support of customfieldsforall in stockable custom fields was introduced in CSVI 6.6.0 version, was your CSVI previous version 6.5.0?

I would like to get few details from you to check how you are getting the duplicates.

1. CSVI Import debug log, you can check How to get debug information? document to get the debug log.
2. Versions of CSVI customfieldsforall and CSVI stockable custom fields plugins. Please post a screenshot on their versions.
3. Versions of Breakdesign extensions for stockable custom fields and custom fields for all.
4. Screenshots on how you have Stockable Color BUTTONS and Χρώμα: custom fields setup in VirtueMart custom fields page.

Hello,

My previous version of csvi was 6.5.0 and everything was ok.

1. I checked the debug log but i didnt find any mistake.
2.3. I attached you a screenshot with the details of CSVI customfieldsforall, CSVI stockable custom fields, Breakdesign extensions for stockable custom fields and custom fields for all.
4. I attached you a photos about how i set up Stockable Color BUTTONS and Χρώμα: custom fields.

I also wanted to ask that you are seeing duplicates in database table #___virtuemart_custom_plg_customsforall_values, do you see them on VirtueMart pages at the backend?

I attached you my debug log when i try to import my products and also the duplicates are inserted into the custom field on VirtueMart pages at the backend not only in my database.

Is this the right debug log? There are no custom fields or any queries processing the custom fields in this debug log. Can you please take a look?

Hello,
Thank you for sending the debug log, it says there are duplicate entries made in your tables and that is because from 6.6.0 version of CSVI stockable custom fields there is support added for custom fields for all fields import. Since you have both CSVI stockable custom fields plugin and CSVI custom fields for all plugin enabled, there are entries done from both the plugins. You can disable CSVI custom fields for all plugin to avoid duplicates. You may also need to change the format of your import file as explained in the document Stockable variants import document. If you need any more clarification let me know.
