I have a problem with importing images from urls that contain greek Characters. i.e when specifying as file_url the following http://sailmarine.gr/wp-content/uploads/01.0xx-%CE%91%CE%93%CE%9A%CE%A5%CE%A1%CE%91-%CE%A3%CE%A0%CE%91%CE%A3%CE%A4%CE%97-%CE%9F%CE%9C%CE%A0%CE%A1%CE%95%CE%9B%CE%91-%CE%93%CE%91%CE%9B%CE%92%CE%91%CE%9D%CE%99%CE%96%CE%95-400x400.jpg the image is not imported although if you paste it in the browser the url works properly. However if i put in the same csv a url like https:// http://www.miele.com/pmedia/03/Z17/03---20000071553.jpg it is imported properly.

Can you please investigate why the first url is not working as intended ?

Hello,
You have encoded URL for the image and so in your import template settings on Image tab look for Encode URL option and set it to No. Click on Advanced button if you don't see this option. Save the template and run the import. Your encoded Image URL should work after that.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
