Hi there,
I am using CSVI Pro 7.12.0 with Virtuemart add-on on a Joomla 3.9.6 alongside with a Virtuemart 3.4.2 running on a PHP 7.1.29.
I am facing an issue trying to update virtuemart custom field for parent and child products. Some child product custom fields are derived from parent product custom fields, which i would like to disable using the virtuemart built-in checkbox.
The problem is that one of the two derived custom fields is being disabled but the other is not! :) (please see attached image). I have checked my import file with the analyzer but I am not seeing any problem! I can say that my file looks good! I don't know what else to look or what is causing this problem!
I am attaching a backup of my template and a short version of my import file (given example is in line 7). Let me know if you need any other information!
Thank you in advance!

P.S.: I am also getting this message when import finishes:

An error has occured during the import. Below the information received from the server.
Status error: 200
Status message: OK
i{"process":false,"url":"administrator\/index.php?option=com_csvi&view=logdetails&run_id=76&return=aHR0cHM6Ly9kZW1vLm1hZGljYXJwZXRzLmdyL2FkbWluaXN0cmF0b3IvaW5kZXgucGhwP29wdGlvbj1jb21fY3N2aSZ2aWV3PWltcG9ydHM="}

But my import finishes OK!My server's memory is 512M. I believe that it is more than enough for such a short file!

The information you had provided was enough to find the issue. In your import file. For child products under custom_title and custom_values you have duplicates. So for say your child product 5358 Blue-160x230, under custom_title you should be having only Σύνθεση:~Ύψος Πέλους: and under custom_values it should be Πολυεστέρας, Αντιστατικό~3 χιλιοστά. custom_disabler field should just have Y~Y because you have only two of custom_title and custom_value fields and you want disabler for both the custom fields enabled. You need to correct this for other products too. You should then see custom disabler enabled for both the custom fields.

An error has occured during the import. Below the information received from the server.
Status error: 200

There is no error which is shown in the message to say what has gone wrong. Can you check your server error log to see if you can see any error related to this message?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello tharuna,
Thank you for your quick and adequeate reply!
I just realise that my problem was mainly a logical problem. I was trying to import on the child product both the derived custom fields from the parent product ( with disabler set to YES ) as well as the child product's custom fields ( with disabler set to NO ).
Taking a second look I realised, because parent and child product custom fields are always the same in my case, that the only thing that I needed to import was parent custom fields that will automatically pass down to derived child custom fields.
Thank you for your help realising that!
For my second problem, unfortunatelly I can't find any more information on my server's log.I am getting some 303 Status Code but I don't know if they are relevant. You can see attached a relevant screenshot. I don't know if I missing something!
Thank you again for your time!

Glad to know you figured out the issue.

The screenshot you have sent is for sever access log, you need to check your server error logs to get any errors. The 303 status code is not an error but the HTTP code after redirection to a new URL and that won't tell us the issue. Are you seeing this error after your import is completely finished or you see the error but still the import is done?
Kind regards,

Tharuna
