Resolved Problem to import usergroups and users in Joomla 4

Can not import usergroups and users with joomla 4.0.4! CSVI Version 8.0.0
I have exported usergroups and users from joomla 3 and try to import it in joomla 4.
Everything looks OK, but no groups and no users are imported.
In debug log i have the message for example:
2021-12-01 14:49:41 4 [QUERY] SELECT id FROM `jo_usergroups` WHERE `title` = 'IT Helfer'
2021-12-01 14:49:41 4 [DEBUG] Load a row
2021-12-01 14:49:41 4 [DEBUG] Item IT Helfer exists, not updating because overwrite existing data is disabled
2021-12-01 14:49:41 4 [QUERY] SELECT id FROM `jo_usergroups` WHERE `title` = 'IT Helfer'
The Item "IT Helfer" is definitly NOT in the database. The importfile ist the version from your document-site wth only the fields title and title-path.
The preview is OK. Where could I enable "overwriting" ? When I import the same file in joomla 3 everything is OK.

Hello! Thanks for your response. Of course, the Group "IT Helfer" was added by me. But the structure ist form your import-sample.
But now, i found the "overwrite" adjustment und now the groups are imported.

Hello Hans,

The importfile ist the version from your document-site wth only the fields title and title-path.
We have no example file with the usergroup 'IT Helfer' in it. Could you post the complete debug log and the file you are importing for me please? It may be that IT Helfer does not exist but that we get another response back.

To enable overwriting you can go to Templates and edit your template import. Click on the File tab, if you do not see the option Overwrite existing data click on the Advanced button in the toolbar, the option will become visible. You can then set this to Yes.
