Resolved PROBLEM IMPORTING XLS

I realized a new import template for one of my sites.
i recive this error:

[color=red]Illegal mix of collations (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8mb4_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation '='[/color]

I can't understand where the problem lies

I attach the txt version of the file that give me the same error (if I try to import it)

CSVI Pro 7.6.2

Have a look at Deal with different collations in MySql document to know to solve this error.
