If the override price in the csv is 0, the override price will not change, is it normal?

The attached modified patch file should update override price too. Please check.

Thank you for sending the requested files. Can you load the attached patch file and try to run the import again? If you still have issue with price override fields please post the latest debug log.

The query in the log is that:

But in the file I sent the override is 0, not 1.

The preview is right, how you can see... but the final result, not.
