Hello,
this is my configuration:

- vm version 3.0.12
- csvi version 6.5.4 pro


I'm running CSVimproved and virtuemart addon, I followed the instructions to import products but I can't find all the fields I need for the import.
In the csv attachment I put the fields for the import, the unique field I could find for the import is the code "product_sku".

For example I can't find color, product name, description,ecc..

Can you help me?

Yes, i set italian language. The first line of my file set the name of field, so i must insert the field name in italian or in english?

You can have your fields in italian but you should let CSVI know that you are using your fields by setting your field names in template fields and also by setting use file for configuration to Yes in template settings.

Can you help me on the name of table that use Virtuemart and the errore that the importation show me?

Please try to update to CSVI 6.5.5 and see if it solves the issue. If not post the screenshot of the import error you are seeing after the update.

The solution posted in my previous post did not work for you? did you try editing your import template and on options tab, set the language, save the template?

I created the template to import the attached file, but do not understand what voice I enter in the "Operation" field.
I must import the data into the table f81_virtuemaert_products_it_it

If I insert in "Operation" field the value "Product", after importing the system gives me thies error:
"Table f81_virtuemart_products_ has not been found. Check your database to see if the table exists."

Can you help me figure out how to import the file here attached?

Hello,
Seems like you have missed to update default language in Template settings. Edit the template and on options tab, set the language, save the template and try the import again.

We run the import and gives us the following message:
Table f81_virtuemart_products_ has not been found. Check your database to see if the table exists.
The table exists, so, how can I do so that the CSVI see table?

but the server continues to make the same mistake.
As written in the document, what error is in the server log? Without that error, there is no way to know why the server throws the error 500.

I do not even understand what I have to enter in order to import the file that I send you attached.
Not sure if you read the documentation already. Have a look at the Import VirtueMart products.

No supported fields sono stati found in the import file.

What should I do?
This message comes because your file doesn't use the names that CSVI knows. Your names seem to be in Italian, CSVI doesn't speak Italian. You need to use the names that CSVI knows, those you can find in the list of Available Fields or you can use your names in the file but then in your template you must set "Use file for configuration" to No and add the fields at Templates -> Template fields.

I also tried putting the import files into ftp site but when launching importing the system tells me:

Goodmorning, I followed the instructions but the server continues to make the same mistake. We have set folder permissions to 755.

Hello,
Internal server error tells us that something has gone wrong but wont tell what. Have a look at the 500 Internal Server Error document to know information on the error.
