Joomla! 3.7.5, CSVI Pro 7.3.0
Hi,
when in CSVI I export a Joomla template everything works fine, for example menu. When I export an advanced order Virtuemart template I can only see the header I set and nothing else.
In the template I have
1 created_on
2 order_item_name
3 order_number
4 product_item_price

Options
Date range = this year
order status = confirmed
Manufacturer = All Manufacturers

CSVI always shows this message: the list of available fields is out-of-date for extension com_awocoupon. Update the list to ensure you have all fields available.
After updating the fields the message still remains.

Can you please post your export debug log to check? To know on how to get the debug log please check the blue box on top of this page.

CSVI always shows this message: the list of available fields is out-of-date for extension com_awocoupon. Update the list to ensure you have all fields available.
After updating the fields the message still remains.

Please go to System -> Clear Cache and filter on Administrator. You should see com_csvi in the list and delete all cache files. Do you still see the notice about the update of available fields after that?

Thanks for your answer.
Unfortunatly there is no cache to clean and the message still remains.
Error
The list of available fields is out-of-date for extension com_awocoupon. Update the list to ensure you have all fields available.
When I click on update the list all new fiels are visible during theprocess, but probably nothing happens.

The list of available fields notice is not related to any export issues you may have. These are independent of each other. Are you using AwoCoupon on your site? If yes, did you install the CSVI Addon for AwoCoupon?

Hi,
yes I use Awo Coupon on my site and I installed plg_csviaddon_awocoupon_csvi_7.3.0.zip.
I also tryed to disable Awo Coupon on my site, I uninstalled plg_csviaddon_awocoupon_csvi_7.3.0.zip I cleaned the Administrator cache, but still the message remains
The list of available fields is out-of-date for extension com_awocoupon. Update the list to ensure you have all fields available.
After cliccking on Update the list the process starts and I have the attached log file (com_csvi.log.27.zip), but the error message is still there.
I noticed that when I export the template the popup window in firefox is shown before the export process ended. Also using Chrome the download starts before the process is complited, so it seems.

Hello Francesco,

Can you try something for me? Open the file plugins/csviaddon/awocoupon/com_awocoupon/model/maintenance.php on your server and change line 74 from
return 28;
to
return 10;
Save the file and check if the message is gone.

Something else I want to know is when you go to Available Fields in CSVI and filter on AwoCoupon and import. How many fields do you see?

For your order advance export issue, can you remove the filters you have set for date and order status in your export template and then try the export?

1) changing line 74 from return 28; to return 10; the error message desappears. Replacing the original file the error message is still there.
2) You wrote: "go to Available Fields in CSVI and filter on AwoCoupon and import. How many fields do you see?"
I suppose you mean Update when you write "import" or maybe I didn't see the command Import. Anyway, when I go in available fields writing awo (or AwoCoupon) in the simple search nothing is showed. If I search in component AwoCoupon Pro CSVI finds 6 fields (please see the attacbed file).

Ok, 28 is the least number we have set for available fields check for AwoCoupon extension and i guess you are having lesser number of fields than 28 and so the message disappeared when you set it to 10.

You have filtered on export and on Coupon operation for AwoCoupon and so you are seeing 6 fields. What if you set only AwoCoupon in your filter and remove export and Coupon? How many total available fields you see then?

Hi, I've just upgraded the last awocoupon release, just to be sure that everything with it is up to date in my site. Now the error message is newly displayed even if I changed return 10; at line 74 of file maintenance.php
